Last but not least
Things that I enjoy most for excersicing would be swimming and walking because I can always make goals for myself on how many steps I take, how many miles, and how much time it takes me to accomplish the goal for that day. To stay hydrated during the time period of walking I always bring two bottles of water with me or tea. Before swimming I try to drink a whole bottle of green tea. Clothing wise you need to wear spandex; under armour in my opinion is best because is absorbs your sweat and it's light to wear. Sneakers that are specifically made for walking so that you don't hurt your feet. My next fitness goal would be to start jogging soon and to do more water activities before summer is over to start actually loosing weight because it means I'll be healthy and I'll feel better about myself to keep/ stay active. A role model for me to keep going would be my aunt Heather she always pushed herself even though when her body has had enough you have to keep trying no matter what. Something that will and that has gotten in the way of my fitness is working even though I'm on my feet all day for more than eight hours. I should still make a goal of walking at least an hour every single day. I learned during school to make goals and challenge myself it may make you a better person. Also to push yourself and to go out and beyond with ideas!

Walked 7, 032 steps at work for my eight hour shift that I worked that night. My body had felt fine before that start of my shift but during the end of it my body started to ache, and my feet started to hurt badly, but thats normal when I don't wear the proper shoes that i'm supposed to.

During summer fitness 2
Day 2: July 17th Walked 3,900 steps at Hackers Hill with my friend Darrell took about 3 hours to walk this far. Felt pretty confident today the weather was beautiful and it wasn't to muggy outside which made things a lot easier. There was a bunch of areas where the elevation was different and it took not even 20 minutes to walk up the hill. The back of the calf muscles where sore, but wasn't to bad had lots of water and gatorade that day so being hydrated helped out a lot.

During summer fitness
Walked a Mile and a half it was 2,367 steps took me almost two hours to walk that with my dog. Before I felt worried and kind of stressed out because its been awhile since i've taken my dog out for a walk, but he did pretty good. It's been awhile since i've been on a legit serious walk like that so I was pretty sore and tired after. I feel like I didn't do as good as I could've... it was a start though.
