Example Fitness Post

Date & Time: Monday July 25th 9:00 am - 10:00 am 

Activity: Suggestions - walk, swim, yoga, bike, run, dance, strength training, etc. 


Total hours, minutes of fitness: 1 hr

Photo evidence: (Take picture of evidence. Take a selfie, take a picture of the beginning & end of your walk, take a photo of your fitness partner - your dog, a friend, - be creative!) 

Reflection about how you felt before your activity: Make sure this is in complete sentences. Write about how your body feels before the activity. What is your attitude? What you hope to accomplish (i.e. "I hope my pace is enough to get my heart rate up." Or "My goal is to walk for at least 2 miles today.")?

Reflection about how you felt after your activity: This response should also be in complete sentences. Take a moment to see how your body feels after the activity. Do you have any soreness? Did you accomplish what you hoped? Which muscles did you use the most in this activity? Did your choice of food/drink affect your activity? What changes would you make for next time? What goals do you have for the future?
