Summer Fitness Reflection



Please answer all questions in complete sentences. Write at least 2 sentences for each question. Be specific and honest. 

Reflection Questions: 
  1. What kind of fitness do you like best and why? (walking, swimming, biking, etc.) 
  2. What kind of preparation do you need to continue it? (Drink water? Specific types of shoes or clothing?) 
  3. What is your next fitness goal? Why? 
  4.  Who do you think is a good fitness role model? Why? (A friend, family member, a celebrity)
  5. What are some obstacles that could get in your way for this fitness goal? How can you avoid or overcome them? 
  6. What have you learned from your fitness classes over your high school career? (You can think about your Health and P.E. courses.)
